Hello, and welcome. My approach to counseling is integrative, somatic, and strengths-based. I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, identity issues, spirituality, relationship issues, and working with those who've experienced abuse of any kind.

Whether or not you have clear language for what's troubling you, it tugs on you and holds you back from feeling fully alive, fully you. I'm devoted to learning how our relationship can help you access greater clarity, resilience, and meaning in your life. I'm especially interested in finding the kinds of support that work well for you. I bring a compassionate and focused attention to our time together so our relationship can meet you where you are and move at your pace.

I offer a space where you're welcome to talk about—and question—anything. I’ll encourage you to pay attention to what you feel both in and out of session. Together, we can start to sort out what feels chaotic and contact what feels true for you. As a certified expressive arts therapist, I can offer you other ways of expressing yourself if you can't find the words—or, if you're feeling stuck and want to try something new.
